Child Safety Standards
Last updated: 18 June 2026
Ficodi has a zero-tolerance policy toward child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE). Ficodi is an adults-only platform: users must be 18 or older. Any content or behaviour that sexualises, endangers, or exploits a minor is strictly prohibited and is removed, the responsible account is permanently banned, and the matter is reported to the appropriate authorities.
1. What is prohibited
We strictly prohibit, and take action against, any of the following on Ficodi:
- Child sexual abuse material (CSAM) — any image, video, audio or text that sexualises a minor.
- Grooming, solicitation, or any attempt to sexually exploit, abuse, or endanger a minor.
- Sextortion, trafficking, or the sale or facilitation of any sexual contact involving a minor.
- Sexualised depictions or descriptions of minors, including animated, AI-generated or fictional content.
- Sharing, requesting, or linking to CSAE material anywhere on the service.
- Use of the service by anyone under 18, or accounts created on a minor's behalf.
2. Our safety standards & measures
- Adults only (18+). The app states an 18+ requirement at sign-up and in every room, and underage use is not permitted.
- 24/7 moderation. Our moderation team monitors the platform around the clock; hosts and moderators can remove (kick), mute, and restrict participants in real time, and we act on accounts that violate these standards.
- In-app reporting. Every user can report harmful or inappropriate content, users, or behaviour from within the app at any time.
- Fast enforcement. Reported CSAE is prioritised: offending content is removed and the account is permanently banned.
- Reporting to authorities. We report apparent CSAE to law enforcement and, where applicable, to relevant child-protection bodies (for example NCMEC), and we cooperate with lawful requests.
- Preserving evidence. We retain relevant records as required to support investigations, even after content is removed from public view.
- Compliance. We operate in line with Google Play's Child Safety Standards policy and applicable laws against CSAE.
3. How to report CSAE
If you encounter content or behaviour that may sexually exploit or endanger a minor:
- In the app: use the report option on the content, room, or user.
- By email: contact our child-safety team at support@ficodi.com with as much detail as possible.
If a child is in immediate danger, please contact your local emergency services or law enforcement right away. You can also report to organisations such as the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) at report.cybertip.org.
4. Child-safety contact
