Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of these Terms
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) form a binding agreement between you and NAZBAY LLC (operator of Ficodi; “we”, “us”, “our”) governing your use of the Ficodi apps and website (the “Service”). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use Ficodi. By using the Service you represent that you are 18 or older and able to enter into a binding agreement.
3. Your account & identity
- Ficodi uses the name you choose as your identity. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your name or account.
- Do not impersonate other people, brands, or staff, and do not use names that are offensive, deceptive or infringe others’ rights.
- Keep your sign-in method (including any linked Google account) secure. Notify us of any unauthorised use.
4. Community rules & acceptable use
To keep Ficodi safe and fun, you agree not to:
- Harass, threaten, bully, or incite violence against anyone;
- Post or transmit content that is hateful, sexually explicit, nude, violent, or otherwise illegal;
- Share content involving minors, non-consensual content, or sexual content of any kind;
- Spam, scam, phish, or distribute malware;
- Infringe anyone’s intellectual-property or privacy rights;
- Cheat, exploit bugs, manipulate gifts, levels, leaderboards or games, or use bots/automation;
- Attempt to disrupt, overload, reverse-engineer or gain unauthorised access to the Service.
Hosts and moderators may remove (kick), mute the microphone of, or mute the text of any participant in their room. We may take action on any account that violates these rules.
Our moderation team monitors the Service 24/7 and enforces a zero-tolerance policy for content involving minors, non-consensual material and other serious abuse. Please report any harmful or inappropriate content or users from within the app or at support@ficodi.com; we review every report and take action up to a permanent ban.
5. Your content
You retain ownership of the content you create or upload (such as photos, messages and audio/video you transmit). By using the Service, you grant Ficodi a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, store, reproduce and transmit that content solely to operate and provide the Service (for example, to relay your live audio/video to other people in your room and to display your profile photo). You are solely responsible for your content and confirm you have the rights to share it.
6. Diamonds & virtual items
- Ficodi may offer virtual items such as diamonds, gifts, effects and levels. These are a limited, personal, non-transferable, revocable licence to use features within the Service.
- Virtual items have no monetary value, are not real currency, and cannot be redeemed for cash.
- Except where required by law or the rules of the app store you purchased through, all purchases of virtual items are final and non-refundable.
- We may manage, change, or discontinue virtual items, and any unused virtual items may be forfeited if your account is terminated for violating these Terms.
- Purchases made through the Apple App Store or Google Play are also subject to that store’s terms.
7. Games
Ficodi may include in-room games for entertainment. These games use virtual diamonds only, do not involve real-money gambling, and outcomes do not have real-world monetary value. Play responsibly.
8. Moderation, suspension & termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service, remove content, or restrict features at any time if you violate these Terms or to protect the Service and its users. You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time via Account & Data Deletion.
9. Third-party services
The Service relies on third-party providers (for example, hosting, object storage and Google Sign-In) and may link to third-party content. We are not responsible for third-party services or content, which are governed by their own terms.
10. Disclaimers
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, availability, or that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure or error-free. User-generated content reflects the views of users, not Ficodi.
11. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ficodi and its operators will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits or goodwill, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim or USD 50.
12. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Ficodi and its operators from any claims, damages or expenses arising from your content, your use of the Service, or your violation of these Terms or any law.
13. Changes to the Service & Terms
We may modify or discontinue features, and we may update these Terms from time to time. We will revise the “Last updated” date above when we do. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
14. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of Bangladesh, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Courts located in Bangladesh will have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute, except where applicable law provides otherwise.
